Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy, meaning you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. Custom products, such as those requiring specific size adjustments, logo personalization, or other customizations, are non-returnable. You’ll also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how to send your package back. Items sent without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you find the item defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom products (e.g., personalized items or products made to specific size requirements)
  • Items that have been used or installed
  • Perishable goods (e.g., plants or flowers)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
To ensure you receive the item you want, we recommend returning the item and, once the return is approved, placing a separate order for the new item.


Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your purchase is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without any justification. As with the standard return process, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
